Lauren Herbert, LPC
Lauren received her Master’s Degree in clinical mental health counseling at LSU Health Sciences Center- New Orleans in 2021. She specializes in working with those who are struggling with trauma, anger, or emotional dysregulation. Additionally, she works with couples and families who are looking to improve communication, enhance intimacy within their relationship or maneuver life transitions/conflicts within themselves and/or family members.
She operates from a person-centered, trauma-focused, and attachment-based approach. During sessions, she predominantly works from an emotionally-focused (EFT) perspective, bringing in elements of acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), cognitive processing therapy (CPT), and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT). We move at your pace, to get “un-stuck”, and increase your strengths in order to move forward and thrive.

Jeanette Williams, PLPC
Jeanette received her master's degree in Clinical Psychology from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology in New Orleans, Louisiana, and is currently an advanced doctoral student at Capella University. She is pursuing a Ph.D. in Counselor Education and Supervision. She welcomes working with a diverse population of couples, adolescents, and adults, including but not limited to those with mood disorders, trauma/stress-related disorders, specific learning disorders, and ADHD.
She approaches the counseling process from a client-centered perspective in that she sees the client/counselor relationship as key to the client’s growth. Exploring the client’s family system is important and discussed in order to better understand her clients’ issues and to develop solutions.
