Financial Documents
You can find all of your financial documents in your Client Portal. If you have any questions about them or would like to directly request these documents from Theratique, please email us at nochc.theratique@gmail.com.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
You may cancel or reschedule appointments by directly contacting your counselor. Please note: that any cancellation made within 24 hours of the appointment will still result in a full charge of the session. Cancellation without prior notification, or “no call, no show", is a $175 fee.
